Groups & Partnerships

Northern Pagan Church believes that community grows best when it is shared. We recognize that meaningful spiritual life does not happen in isolation, and that many people already belong to groups, kindreds, groves, circles, households, or local organizations that nurture their practice and values.

This page exists to honor those connections, make them visible, and invite collaboration.

Who This Is For

Groups and partnerships may include, but are not limited to:

  • Pagan, Heathen, or polytheist groups and kindreds
  • Groves, covens, circles, or study groups
  • Interfaith or spiritually adjacent organizations
  • Community groups, nonprofits, or small businesses aligned with our values
  • Event partners, educators, artists, or facilitators
  • Local communities who wish to remain autonomous while being connected

You do not need to share identical beliefs or practices to be connected here. Shared values, mutual respect, and a commitment to safety and hospitality matter far more than labels.

What Partnership Means (and Does Not Mean)

Partnership with Northern Pagan Church is about relationship, not control.

Partnership means:

  • Mutual recognition and respect
  • Clear communication and transparency
  • Commitment to safe, inclusive, and ethical community practices
  • Opportunities to collaborate, cross-promote, or support one another
  • Being part of a wider network of practice and care

Partnership does not mean:

  • Loss of autonomy or identity
  • Required conformity of theology or ritual style
  • Oversight of your internal leadership or structure
  • Mandatory membership, fees, or oaths

Each partnership is shaped intentionally and can grow over time.

Ways We Can Connect

Partnerships can take many forms, including:

  • Shared or co-hosted events and gatherings
  • Educational offerings, discussions, or workshops
  • Community resource sharing
  • Calendar and announcement collaboration
  • Pastoral support and referral networks
  • Long-term relationship building toward deeper collaboration

Some groups may simply wish to be listed and connected. Others may explore deeper cooperation over time. Both are welcome.

For Groups Considering Deeper Affiliation

Some groups may eventually wish to explore formal affiliation or membership pathways, especially as Northern Pagan Church grows into a broader network of communities. These paths are intentionally slow, relational, and discernment-based.

There is no pressure to pursue this. Connection comes first.

Not Sure Where You Fit Yet?

That’s okay.

Many people and groups begin by simply reaching out, asking questions, or having a conversation. You do not need a polished proposal or a long-term plan to start. Curiosity, honesty, and goodwill are enough.
