Community Partners & Groups
Values and Conduct Agreement
Northern Pagan Church enters into relationship with Community Partners & Groups as part of a wider Pagan ecosystem rooted in mutual respect, autonomy, and shared care.
Community Partners & Groups affirm the following shared values:
- Respect for the dignity, autonomy, and agency of individuals and communities
- Commitment to ethical conduct, consent, and accountability
- Opposition to harassment, abuse, discrimination, and hate
- Respect for religious pluralism and diversity of Pagan traditions
- Care for community well-being and constructive, good-faith dialogue
Community Partners & Groups remain fully independent and self-governing, and this agreement does not imply membership in Northern Pagan Church, shared governance, endorsement of activities, or authority over one another.
Community Partnership is relational rather than contractual and may change or conclude over time. Northern Pagan Church reserves the right to discontinue a Community Partnership if conduct is found to be fundamentally misaligned with these values.
For the sake of clarity and ongoing connection, Community Partnerships are confirmed annually, following the same renewal window as membership, to ensure continued alignment and up-to-date contact information.
This agreement exists to support clarity, safety, and healthy relationship within the broader community.
